Delete Your Account

Permanently remove your FindMyDrugs account and all data. This cannot be undone.

What will be deleted:

  • Your profile and account information
  • All order history and items
  • Notifications and messages
  • Saved cart items
  • Payment and transaction records
  • Prescription uploads

How to delete via the app

  1. 1Open the FindMyDrugs app
  2. 2Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account
  3. 3Confirm your identity and tap Delete My Account
  4. 4Your account will be deleted within 24 hours
